For one tiny dog, his fear resurfaced from a painful memory: he had been tied to a pole on the street and abandoned by his previous owners. All alone and scared, he froze, hoping someone kind would come to his rescue. CONTINUE BELOW
Many people walked by, but no one stopped to help; the most anyone did was snap a photo before moving on. Desperate for assistance, the little dog felt his heart break even further.
Then, a miracle appeared in human form. After spending a long night alone, Suzette Hall, a renowned rescuer and founder of Logan’s Legacy in Irvine, California, stepped in to save the dog. “He was there all night tied to that pole,” Hall shared in a Facebook post. Carefully untangling him, Hall scooped up the dog and placed him in her car. In shock, the pup trembled yet gazed at her with gratitude, as if to say, “Thank you, kind human, for saving me.” After a few moments of gentle cuddles and reassurance, he was taken to a local veterinary clinic for a health assessment.
