Woman Tries To Drown Belgian Shepherd In River By Tying A Boulder To The Dogs Neck

As Jane Harper strolled leisurely along the river with her furry companions, a distressing sound pierced the air—a dog’s desperate cries. Startled, she quickly turned toward the riverbank.

Without hesitation, she sprinted toward the source of the commotion. To her horror, she found a Belgian Shepherd struggling in the water. But a closer look revealed something even more shocking: the dog was tethered to a heavy rock inside a duffel bag, trapped by its leash. WATCH VIDEO BELOW

Realizing that this was no accident but a deliberate act of cruelty, Jane knew she had to act fast. Fueled by determination, she managed to rescue the dog from the water and immediately rushed her to the nearest veterinary clinic.

The veterinary team worked tirelessly to ensure the dog, later named Bella, recovered from her traumatic ordeal. Thankfully, their efforts began to pay off, and Bella slowly started to show signs of improvement. WATCH VIDEO BELOW

Meanwhile, Jane reported the incident to the authorities, who launched an investigation. The crucial detail was that Bella had a microchip implanted in her in 2010, allowing the police to track down her owner. This led them to Charlene Latham, a 31-year-old woman. The police quickly arrested Latham on suspicion of animal cruelty. Justice seemed to be on the horizon.

In court, Latham confessed to attempting to drown Bella. Meanwhile, Bella continued to gain strength at the veterinary hospital. Though still fragile, her recovery was encouraging, and everyone remained hopeful for her future. WATCH VIDEO BELOW

Thanks to Jane’s quick actions, the dedication of the veterinary staff, and the police’s swift response, Bella had a chance at a brighter life, free from cruelty. WATCH VIDEO BELOW
