Deaf Dog Wouldn’t Stop Staring At Broken-Down Truck. Why?

When an adorable deaf Pit Bull named Evie kept staring at a broken-down truck, her owner, Allison Thomison, didn’t think much of it.

Living on a 300-acre farm in rural Arizona, it was common for Evie to encounter wild animals like rattlesnakes or Gila monsters. However, when Evie refused to take her eyes off the truck that Thomison’s husband was working on, Allison decided to investigate. WATCH  VIDEO BELOW

To her surprise, she realized that Evie was fixated on a little kitten! A few weeks earlier, Thomison had noticed this tiny kitten following her cat, Noodle, everywhere. They looked strikingly similar, and since Noodle was a neutered male, she wondered if they were related.

Thomison named the kitten Mini-Me, who had vanished until Evie discovered where he had been hiding. WATCH  VIDEO BELOW

With the truck undergoing repairs, the entire motor was removed, creating a cozy spot for Mini-Me. Getting him out proved to be a challenge, as he was quite suspicious of Thomison and made it clear he wasn’t ready to leave.

Now a resident of the farm, Mini-Me loves causing mischief and enjoys the company of Thomison’s other three cats. She jokes that Evie’s discovery led to the family gaining another feline member! Despite Evie finding him, Mini-Me isn’t particularly fond of her and “swipes at her every chance he gets,” Thomison said. Mini-Me has his own corner in an air-conditioned barn but prefers to lounge in the truck, much like Oscar the Grouch in his trash can. WATCH  VIDEO BELOW
