Blind Dog Goes Wild with Excitement Whenever She Senses Her Beloved Human Nearby

Grace, a 12-year-old dog living with her family in Austin, became completely blind, causing her owners to worry about her happiness. However, over time, this little senior dog began to adapt to her new reality, holding onto her love for her canine sister, Katie, and her mom, Shelby Salmela. One person held a special place in Grace’s heart: Shelby’s mom, Wendy, who lived in another state. Their visits were rare but always memorable.

While this video paints an idyllic picture of Grace’s life, it wasn’t always easy. A few years ago, her parents noticed one of her eyes was larger than the other and rushed her to the vet. There, she was diagnosed with inherited glaucoma, leading to the removal of her right eye. Unfortunately, pressure began to rise in her left eye as well, and they ultimately had to agree to its removal, fearing her life would never be the same.
