Woman Was Surprised When She Realized There Was An Animal Resting On Her Doormat

That day started out like any other for Leilani Slocumb. After dropping her kids off at school, she was heading home when she unexpectedly encountered a situation that would change everything. At the vet, Bo underwent a full medical examination. He was diagnosed with mange and prescribed antibiotics, but otherwise he was in good health. The vet also scanned him and found a microchip, which led to an attempt to contact his previous owners. The vet hoped Bo’s owners would be relieved to know he had been found, but their response was disheartening. The next day, Leilani returned to visit Bo. Upon learning that the sweet pup had no one to care for him, she decided to adopt him and ensure he received the love he deserved. “After a long day, we went home, and Bo rolled straight in the dirt—he was the happiest he had been since joining us. Leilani and her family believed Bo was meant to be a part of their lives and were determined to give him a forever home. Bo was ecstatic, his tail wagging non-stop.
