Woman Was Walking Her Dog When She Realized There Was A Sealed Box Near The Path

In my years of being around dogs, I’ve found that therapy dogs are among the sweetest and most empathetic animals. While they are trained to comfort humans in need, their kindness often extends to other animals as well. In this story, we’ll highlight a brave therapy dog who discovered something unexpected in the woods, leaving his owner astonished.

Banner, a therapy dog from Georgia, has dedicated his life to helping those who need it most. He has been by his owner Whitney Braley’s side for a long time, providing support during her PTSD episodes and anxiety attacks. One day, while taking a stroll in the woods near their home, Banner noticed something unusual and hurried back to Whitney. Unsure of what he wanted, she sensed he was urging her to follow him. Together, they ventured into the forest, where Banner led her to a sealed plastic box that looked suspicious. When Whitney opened it, she was shocked to find seven abandoned newborn kittens inside.

Knowing she couldn’t leave them behind, Whitney and Banner took the kittens home, where they nursed them back to health. Throughout the process, Banner acted like a protective mom, keeping a watchful eye on the little ones to ensure they were okay. CONTINUE STORY BELOW

After some time, the kittens made a full recovery, thanks to the incredible care from this dynamic duo. With the kittens finally healthy, Whitney realized it was time to put them up for adoption so they could find loving forever homes in Georgia.
