Arty, a senior dog, was often mocked by strangers who saw him as “ugly and old,” making his situation even more desperate. However, all he needed was one compassionate person to change his life.

When rescuer Arturo Flores learned about Arty, who was injured and living on the streets of California, he quickly drove to the location.
