Rhonda Meeks was driving to her local grocery store in Tennessee to buy a water bottle. She had to leave her dog, Lily, alone for just a few minutes but made sure to keep the air conditioning running to keep her comfortable. However, when Meeks returned, she was shocked by what she saw. In less than three minutes, Lily’s tongue had suddenly turned blue! What could have happened in such a short time?
