While scrolling through social media, a rescuer came across a post from a truck driver about a small puppy hanging out in a place where little pups shouldn’t be. After an hour-long drive, the rescuer arrived at the location and began searching for the dog. Unfortunately, he wasn’t able to find him.
As he continued his search, the rescuer was involved in a scary car accident. Luckily, he was unharmed. Despite this frightening event, he was determined to find the little guy and pressed on with his mission. CONTINUE BELOW
The next day, after receiving a replacement car from his insurance, the rescuer resumed his search. Today, lady luck was on his side, and he quickly located the puppy. The rescuer couldn’t contain his excitement when he found his furry friend, but unfortunately, the pup didn’t feel the same way.
The puppy was shy and timid, keeping his head low and avoiding eye contact. It was clear he didn’t trust humans, likely due to past negative experiences. But the rescuer refused to give up. Concerned that the pup might not be feeling well, the rescuer carefully placed him in his car and rushed him to the vet. There were several clinics nearby, but none were open at the time. Not wanting to make the puppy feel worse, the rescuer made a little pit stop to spend some quality time together.
Luckily, this helped the puppy lower his guard, and he even began to play. After their fun time, they got back in the car and continued their search. Eventually, they found a clinic that was open. The rescuer picked up the medications the sweet boy needed and decided to foster him until he felt better. When they got home, the rescuer allowed the puppy to adjust to his surroundings before giving him a much-needed bath and a little spa day.
