In the morning, they took him to the clinic for a thorough medical exam. Finally, they discovered the source of his condition. It turned out that Bruno had the plague. Remarkably, he seemed to have recovered from it on his own, leaving the vets baffled. Since he was in good health, his rescuers quickly found a perfect family to adopt him.
Even though little Bruno would never walk on all fours, that didn’t mean he couldn’t lead a happy and fulfilling life. His new family adores him and is doing everything they can to make his days as wonderful as possible.
